Lots of encouragement to help myself improve.
Staff seem very busy at critical times which makes me anxious, should I need toilets etc or a bottle.

It would be better if all parties concerned got all paperwork(X ray etc) together before being sent for procedure.
My husband has spent an extra week here because this was not done!
