All the staff were helpful and polite. Always there to help when needed and usually before needed. Medical diagnosis and medication dealt with professionally by all staff on the ward. I felt comfortable and safe at all times. The staff leave little.

Care was excellent.
Daughter did express a wish to be with me when doctor attends ward, this did not happen.
I know doctors are busy, but I was given what I consider bad news without a family member present have a lot of questions unanswered.

The staff ie nurses - cleaners - caterers etc all round to a very strict routine of protect the patient from any possible danger to their health and relieve him or her of any stresses. The overall result gave me great confidence in every aspect of my treatment.
The only complaint which is unavoidable is the noise levels in the ward but most of this was caused by my fellow patients who themselves are in trouble therefore they do not know they are disturbing anyone.

Great communication great explanation of technical procedures, lots of people available to explain everything that was going on.
