Day very responsive i.e toilet painkiller, very caring in their intervention with you. Also night staff however 1 staff member on night was very forceful with another patient which made me feel very uncomfortable.

The nurses are very good at their job - they are friendly and have time to listen when you're down and need to talk. Although I didn't need physiotherapy myself the physiotherapist who attended other patients was excellent.
The walls could have some artwork hanging on them or painted.
The bright lighting stays on until midnight.
