To be improved, is to have more staff, the nurses here on this ward are very kind, and helpful, nothing is too much trouble to do something for you. Excellent ward.
But do need extra staff.

Disgusted with the food, my husband had to use plastic cutlery.
Nothing on the menu came.
The ward is dirty. Nursing standards are poor.
I will be getting in touch with the health board and making a complaint.
