Nurses are friendly but 3 days the baby hasn't gotten showered or washed.

I stayed longer than expected-care for baby was great. To improve-machine for nights could be more standardized to make nights more comfortable/considerate for mums (i.e lights on same nights).
Many staff very approachable and friendly-great advice.

Generally excellent. Only 2 concerns.
1 Urine bottle left on table for several hours.
2 (Once only) Food served was not that requested.
But these are quite minor inconveniences.
