As a quality manager it was very good to see the high level of process adherence. Attention to detail especially with regard to cleaning regime and housekeeping. As a Lead Auditor for quality Management System I had a very good impression of your process control.

Everyone was wonderful, all staff from support, health care, nurses, staff etc.
All encouraging and friendly.
Doctors' on hand within minutes of my arrival and did all they said they'd do.
Information was concise and clear.
You all made it a for positive experience than negative. - Thank you :-)

Care from all staff was excellent despite them being rushed off their felt! Staff were attentive, thoroughly to patient and kind-nothing was too much trouble.
What could be improve- Fewer patients who were not necessarily in need of mechanical help but rather in need of a place.

Everything! Everyone was friendly and ever so helpful, nothing was too much trouble, having had a C-section they took the pressure of me and at no point have I felt anything has been too much for them. It has really helped me greatly and I can't thank enough.

More communication it's very upsetting when used to being independent and frustrating. I am very proud and dignified person who's respect means a lot to me as I am care worker for the elderly. It is upsetting for people who can't do for themselves even though some can do. It's not the nursing staff or carers it doctors who tell one thing and another a other story. I do appreciate their work and work load to care for other than me but this world could be different.

Well organised. Ran smoothly from arrival to Theatre. Care staff were caring and considerate and went extra mile to look after you. Catering staff were also good though quality of some of the courses on the menu were "fry" soup and sandwiches were excellent. Cleaners cleaned diligently ad did a good job.
