I found the majority of the staff extremely helpful and friendly. However, at the odd time I also felt there were dicrepancies in communication - maybe this de to hairy so may different staff pass through. The idea of the doctors doing their rands and still breezing past patients who wantd answers to be procedures.

The ward, staff, and doctors cannot be faulted. The care that my mother Gwenda Phillips has received on Pantomine ward has been exceptional and highly commendable.

Competent and cheerful staff.Clean wards cupboards and trolleys very airy and not too warm, all told excellent.

A good ration of nurses to patients ensured next to no waiting to be seen. Friendly, efficient and capable staff helped to relax any worried patient.

On the 27th 10 my medical card whent missing and I had no pain reif. But staff nurse Rebecca did all that she could and I can't thank her enght and staff day and night.
