At a time of great anxiety and stress I was treated with kindness compassion and professionalism. The staff have all taken great care of me. Personally I cant think of an area that could be improved.

The care was fine but the toilet seats could be higher. To get a member of staff just to lift off the toilet seems counter productive. The medication for a headache could have been better.

Having only being transferred from Evington ward within the bast 12-14 hours. I can't find/see anything that could be improved on. The staff are courteous, professional, kind. Nothing is too much trouble. The only problem I came across was the fact I was due for discharge and there seemed to be a lack of communication between the wards and the pharmacy.
