The staff were the best thing about the hospital. They were kind and caring as well as being professional. The Loo's were not so easy to use with the toilet roll holders in place where you have to twist to use them. Not meant to twist with hip precautions.

We received plenty of attention from doctors and nurses, and were treated to a quiet waiting area, with good toilet facilities. We were offered hot drinks (and food if required). The process of continuing care was well explained.

Your staff, ie from all nurses, sisters, cleaning staff, physio and doctors, all are the true meaning of caring, dignity and respect, there is nothing bad I can honestly say, they were all wonderful and my deepest thanks and gratitude go to each and everyone of them. The NHS should be proud of them.
