- Nothing was too much trouble fro the staff. - Everybody was cheery and I never felt rushed or that staff didn't have time. - All staff treated me with respect and would always kind behere entering my room. - Staff kept me informed of what procedures they were conducting and what it involved.

Following my 24hr plus stay in ITU after the birth of my daughter, the staff could not do enough to make me feel comfortable and to help me bond. They also helped me come to terms with being unable to breastfeed due to trauma my baby had suffered. During my stay in ITU, they cared for my daughter during times my husband was not allowed to stay with her. One recommendation - have a room where the father can stay with his child in situations like this to encourage bonding.
