All the staff, both nursing and auxillary, were always helpful although at times there was some demarcation in that there were some task only nurses were allowed to perform. They were all cheerful and encouraging.
I could not see the TV from my bed and wished it could have been turned off earlier.

Felt very anxious, very lonely scared when I needed help and pressed the button no one came or they went away. I felt that everyone talked over me not to me. The doctor was very good and explained everything, no-one else cared. I was scared that I was going to choice on my phlem, no one came when I rang bell.
