Everything necessary was done. Staff v. busy but always willing - All levels, green blue or dark blue!
Very tolerant with difficult patients.

Care, food, respect all excellent.
My heart is ok.
tests on my lungs would be better done whilst I am here, ill, not at outpatients. They may still be, I hope so.

Care and attention from all staff was excellent.
However appeared understaffed at times and alarms could not be attended to promptly as oeverstretched.
Use of agency staff detracts from overall continuation of care.
