I do not think you could improve the care given to patients at the MAU. This is the first time I have been admitted by ambulance as a emergency patient, the help give by all staff including doctors consultants all nursing staff and all members of the ancillary workers could not been any kinder and so good in their area of work especially A and E.

Midwife allowed mother freedom to have the baby in a position that was comfortable for her. Excellent facility, relaxing.

Communicate between staff could be improved. Doctors said mum was not going to theatre nurses said she was? The home where mum lines called and were told she has not been to theatre and she had already had the OP the day before completed by daughter.

The timing of blood testing, I can go to my Denbonshine health center and my blood can be tested in 5 minutes along with the results.
