Good points- staff very attentive. Informative. Ward clean, toilet clean housekeeper introduced herself and welcoming to patient and relative. All staff are caring, approachable. Improvement- ward could be warm. Food although there is a good choice of food the quality is relatively poor as a patient who is ill they need food that tempting and enjoyable.
