Patient booking services for gynaecology are extremely unhelpful and ineffective when trying to ascertain a surgery date. Couldn’t have felt more unhelpful and I wonder if the response received is usual. No information that is helpful no exploration of surgery dates that might be helpful to me only that if I’m not available for surgery in their timescale, no mention of earlier or a cancellation, to go back to the gp and start the process again. I think some customer service trading might be helpful for the person who is belligerent and actively off putting maybe something to discuss in supervision about attitude and appropriate responses Happy for contact to discuss further as this really cannot be tolerated S a frontline service interface with members of the public
