Disappointed with how my discharge was handled. I was not given enough help and assistance on leaving. Information regarding my tablets to be taken once at home was not clear which resulted in my warfarin not taken correctly. Also the sister had no interest in my wife's struggle to get me to the car and a porter had to offer
to help which I was extremely grateful for.
