I have had two major orthopaedic operations at the hospital over a period of 20 months - fuse my right and then my left ankle. I treatment I received has been excellent. I have been given time to ask questions, had everything explained and have been able to see the resultant X-rays. The surgeons are first class, the nursing staff caring and competent and the plaster room technicians helpful, kind and skilled. Nothing has been too much trouble.
I don't know what some people expect of the hospital but I don't think it could have been better. The only down side is the car parking but given it is such a busy hospital it is inevitable.
