I wasn't expecting the high level of care and treatment that I received at this hospital, based upon a bad experience many years ago. How wrong I was, and I can honestly say that all staff and departments ticked every box for me.
All choices and options were given to me on how I could be treated, and the aftercare was excellent. I was given follow up treatment that was just as professional and efficient.
Special thanks to the team from SAU, in particular Sarah (registrar), Amy and Jane (nurses).
The only negative that I can find is the lack of parking facilities.. A multi-storey car park would resolve this seriously bad situation.
