We were welcomed warmly to the ward by staff who showed concern and empathy with my condition updated me as to what was happening and answered me. The doctor who attended me was very professional and put me at my ease. The treatment given to me was carefully given by nursing staff and as pain was a problem to me, at that time, it was managed very well. Even a meal was provided! This has been the best care and treatment I have had for a long time. Thank you.
