Staff make time to help you - beyond their mediacl duties. Very friendly without losing the professional edge. I occassionally saw elderly ptients "ignored" but not for any nasty reason - patients getting shoned because not being listen to. Food system could do with revirting, correctly never suer what next meal will be. Personally medical treatment has been 100% +.
