Humour and patience of staff. Care and understanding of my early morning tears from discomfort. Given the staress of budgets and staff premure I felt hvery safe and secure. Nigel was great in helping me stay positive. Improvements- meals waren't great. Salads were nice and hot puddings. Have wet wipes available and hair dryer.
