Everything was good- the staff their care and their hard work. Unfortunately, that is taken for granted and some patients and visitors take advantage. Visiting times should be adhered to and enforced for everyone to enable the staff to get on with their job and all patients to have a regular routine, especially in the evenings. Lights and telly's should be off by 10 pm at the latest to have considerate for patients who are more seriously ill and need the rest.
