Daughter was involved in a car crash at the time of writing, we have waited over three hours and still waiting. Car was written off. I had to ask if I could give her paracetamol due to sever headache while waiting. Mud all over the floor and being carried throughout unit. I asked reception for a brush as I would clean it but they could not provide me with one nor did they look. I've taken photograph if you'd like to see this.
