The hospital is clean, efficient, etc. No probs. I have knocked one star off the 'treatment' rating, merely because I was told just before the operation that had I taken Prednisalone (and i do have an on-going prescription for the drug) the polyps in my nose would have shrunk and 'not been visible' (= not sufficiently big to excise?). Luckily I had not taken the drug in the relevant window before the op, but it was 'luck' rather than 'instruction' that led to this situation. But the rest of the pre-op assessment was very thorough and it built up one's confidence in the forthcoming op.
