A very long wait for my first appointment

I had sciatica and back pain which started with my pregnancy. I couldn't bent or walk out of my bed without pain. But after two weeks of doing the exercises recommended by my physiotherapist, I am now able to get out of my bed with no pain at all and can bent easily too.

The experience I had is really good.

I have been very impressed by MSK at Wokingham. I found [name removed] to be a highly expert professional, with superb people skills. Thank you. Having this quality of treatment available from the NHS is something we should all be very proud of and never take for granted. The administration is also strong with good communication and prompt appointments. WCH is a little gem of a facility and serves the local community very well. I’m embarrassed to say that I had no idea it was there, before this experience!

I have no negative comments. As someone who spent nearly 40 years in senior customer facing roles, I have a keen eye for service and my experience was 10 out of 10. Thanks again.

I still have a lot of pain and unfortunately I am now in more pain than before. I have in the past had a injection into the area and that dose work and I then become pain free. I don’t want to spend the rest of my life taking strong pain killers which only mask the problem but not cure the problem. This is what I asked for many months ago but was told I had to have try this line of action first.
