Very professional service delivered by all of the members of staff that I encountered during my treatment, especially from [name removed], my primary contact during my appointments.

Everything was excellent, nothing could have been better. On the one occasion that I got mixed up with my appointment time (my fault for not checking my calendar against the text reminder) a new appointment was swiftly made for later that day.

There is nothing other than provide more parking and possibly a bench outside for anyone arriving early.

Hospital was clean well organised and with easy parking. Treatment was first class, well thought out exercises tailored to my capability. Exercises were emailed to me after appointments which I found very helpful.

Excellent treatment,the Physiotherapist was brilliant and the excersise's are definitely working.

Waiting times are bad, but luckily I got a cancellation so my treatment started earlier.

They were quick in giving the vaccine from when we arrived which really helped with the anxiety my son was experiencing. He was spoken to calmly and made to feel relaxed. After he was given water as he was thirsty. Very good experience.
