I have Parkinson's, hope you can read my writing. Reaching belongings in cupboard was not easy.
Suggested improvements
The shortage off staff was the plain problem, during my stay with for computer course be very stress full especially night time, accident happen any does not help with anxiety, disorder, obviously this is out of your control.

The toast were not hot though or crispy through need to ask catering companies whether they have a container while would keep it hot.
