For the first time i was listen to and i felt [name removed] new and cared what dhe was doing
My therapist [name removed] was kind and caring and explained everything to me in a way could make sense of it and understand it all. I am very grateful for the time she has taken to help me get better and will always be grateful for the life changing help I have received.
Overall very good But because I am disabled particularly in the knees I found the therapy chair extremely low in height, making it very uncomfortable (had no arms ) for leverage up and off , lovely therapist offered to help me up, but I didn’t want to pull or hurt her arms so I just managed with the aid of the nearby heating radiator. Please may I ask that you supply a more hospital type higher chair as with those normally found in GPs and hospital waiting areas just a couple of these chairs in your patrice , would make life alittle more easier for the disabled, perhaps you could go even further by having a disabled equipped consult: therapy room within eliegh house Reading university, ie wheel chair friendly , bars on walls etc ?? This would make the experience so much less embrassing for both the service user and your most caring professionals/ therapist please give my remarks some thoughts and please do at least install a more suitable chair
Simple and efficient service, professionally delivered.
