Both [name removed] and [name removed] were fantastic. Excellent, kind caring and very efficient. They made sure I did my exercises well and emailed me the exercises.
They are both a credit to the NHS and the physio department.

This has been a life saving experience. I’m fortunate to have been tutored by [name removed] whose approach matched my receptiveness and her gentle but direct style ensured I worked through the workbooks and the result for me has been a release from black dog. Thank you

My therapist [name removed] was so understanding and knowledgeable. I felt I completely trusted her in the short time we worked together. The resources and tools she gave me have been really helpful. She also helped me come to terms with the fact I need further help with one aspect of my anxiety.
Suggested improvements
Video calls worked well but I guess face to face would perhaps have been even more impactful. Completely understand with covid and waiting lists why video calls are beneficial.
