The doctor was very supportive, listened and made suggestions.
He also helped me manage my medication.

I still feel it would be nice to actually "see" a doctor, as in attend the surgery.

Every person I have communicated with has been very helpful and supportive, and has provided a number of tips and options.
Suggested improvements
There have been occasional incidents of poor connection, but they have been only for a moment and seem to be more likely network issues. Everyone has done their best to resolve issues and ensure that I have understood what was being discussed.

I have felt that my needs were listened to and every effort was made to make sure I was getting the right treatment. I have been so impressed with the care I have received.
Suggested improvements
Not sure there is. Apart from the sessions being face to face rather than over teams. But getting the sessions sooner is more a priority so it is a minor point.

Helpful physio and well paced although at first shd assumed I knew more about the exercises than I did. Very supportive and therapy is very helpful
