I work very long hours and . I missed my first appointment as I am unable to focus or concentrate. I was left a voicemail and told I would be contacted again but wasn’t x

my appointments where three weeks apart and not face to face

remote appointments dont work for all, They certainly don't work for me. Previously i had talking therapies once a week, face to face which worked and helped enormously.
I now feel let down and isolated and not in a good place

I personally had a great experience with talking therapies, I never felt rushed in my treatment and I was made to feel important and I felt really cared for.

Ever since being with the service I have fully recovered from the things that I was dealing with. I was listened to and taken care of every step of the way. Communication was easy and the way I received therapy was easy to understand. They worked with me and took my ideas into consideration. There was never a point where I felt pressured or uncomfortable, it was great and I’m so happy now.

I can’t think of anything that could have been done better I think the service is great and works incredibly well.

My councillor [name removed] was excellent she really listened to me and gave my very good advise and coping methods, she also gave me lots of information around where to go to get extra help and also information around getting in touch with organisations who arrange social evenings for people like me. [name removed] was excellent at putting me at ease and getting me to open up and talk about the problems I have .

The only thing I would say the service could do better is by having more direct links to other NHS mental health organisations so more treatments can run in tandem and compliment each other .
