I found that I needed a more interactive experience. I am waiting for a place with a group therapy service.
Booking a group was very easy, and my therapist on the web was very nice

I needed more face to face interaction,the smiles service was a little complicated for me, as I am not very computer literate

My therapists practiced patience and through thought-provoking conversations encouraged me to muster up the strength I needed to find a route to wellness. Their professional capabilities and insights complimented my own research, resources, and knowledge gained through education and I now better understand what I've suffered and how to better manage should I find myself in similar circumstances.
Suggested improvements
I understand the policy that restricts treatment to those that are in the UK however, I believe there should be some flexibility in this with options to allow for holidays or family emergencies so as not to interrupt the flow of therapy and/or delay it, especially when all sessions are on-line. Just based on what I know, I would suggest someone review the average length of the period of therapy and evaluate what might be a realistic allowance. Maybe there are reasons why this won't work but they were never well-explained or seemed sensible to me.

Kind, understanding and personalised. Helpful resources explained and offered. Regular check ins made a real difference. I felt listened to and valued.

The people I spoke to during my treatment were patient , let me talk ,cry, and listen to what I was telling them. They also told me what treatment I would need and explained what it would involve.

Very satisfied with the caring, kind, listening therapist. Did really help along with silver cloud app. Nice to be able to go back to it any time.

When ringing client always handy to have a back up form of contact IE landline number. I had problems with my mobile phone a couple of times and therapist couldn't get through to me. This led to missing appointment and confusion and stress for me and wasting the therapist time through no one's fault .
