I came to talking therapies after a lifetime of hell. I finally wanted to try and get things sorted. After speaking to a Psychologist privately but not being able to afford the treatment, I turned to talking therapies. Explaining my problem & the therapy that I needed. They offered me CBT after I had explained, I've done this therapy around 3 times in the past which hasn't been helpful & I even told them the therapy that has been suggested by a lead Psycologist. It was dismissed. So unfortunately for me I have to just continue living with a constant fear.

Suggested improvements
Listened to what I needed. Not dismiss the whole reason I self referred in the first place. I haven't recieved any treatment as I didn't think wasting my time, wasting the therapist time and taking up a space that could be useless for another individual was fair. Because I have don't CBT many times & it's not what I need.
