[name removed] the therapist who actually phoned me later than advised gave me only ten minutes of her time, When she asked what I was hoping to gain by speaking with her which I said was to process my extreme grief, she said the service was not for me as she only dealt with depressed or anxious people! Did she not think I would be depressed after the death of my DEAR MOTHER!!! She also said she would send me details of bereavement services in my area. To date, no such communication has been received. WHAT A HUGELY DISAPPOINTING EXPERIENCE AND WASTE OF MY TIME!

ABSOLUTELY EVERYTHING! It was neither talking or therapy provided!
