Hospital appointments good with 1-1 advice from the Physio. Felt confident and able to ask questions and gain reassurance about my health concerns. Appreciated the detailed explanation and demonstrations of the exercises. On-line classes less successful - difficult to know if you are doing the exercises correctly and which muscles are meant to be challenged in each exercise. I am personally not comfortable with online classes. Also the practitioner cannot see whether you are doing the exercises correctly. Not very motivating.

Suggested improvements
Perhaps add some motivational music - a minute is a long time to keep going just by counting! Try to get the practitioner to engage with the patients as they would if taking a class in a hall. Difficult situation when the people in the class do not know each other. The most successful lessons were when different physio instructors came on and each had a different style of delivery, which was more motivating. A good idea also when 2 people took the class - one sitting and one standing, then you have an alternative way of exercising rather than just giving up if it gets too hard.
