I had been recovering very slowly after an extensive knee operation. The exercises the physio pushed me into performing have helped me make great progress, to the point where I can do the rest myself now.

I can't think of anything that could have been done better, it was a low tech but very personal intervention over a few weeks that boosted my recovery.
