[name removed] my talking therapy lady was lovely and very easy to talk to. She let me vent, cry and just listened. Gave advice on every worry / anxiety I had. Added particular modules to silver cloud that were relevant to me. Reading all through the modules really gave me a new perspective and helped me understand my thoughts and how to manage them. I am so grateful for this free service

My experience with Talking Therapies was very good. I have no complaints
