The sessions were exactly as indicated at the outset. Very sympathetic therapist. Would have liked her to be more directive - but I guess this is not the treatment method. As I understand it, the method is self help. While to an extent I have found it helpful, I am left feeling I have a lot more to do, with rather sketchy tools. Maybe this is part of the therapy.
