This was my first session , so obviously nervous not sure of protocol and how the sessions will go forward and support complex PTSD . Therapist was a good listener, had patience and spoke kindly but professionally. I get high anxiety in new or difficult situations and surroundings but felt comfortable.

Confused sure how this supports complex PTSD or suicidal thoughts??? The therapist says as the sessions move on you will see. I want to say how very grateful I am that I have been offered this support.
