All the team are just so awesome... always friendly, polite and always upbeat. Visiting the 'Palace of pain' is a necessity that I have to do to get through for my injury... it really is a question of no pain, no gain. But the team seem to somehow make it a pleasurable experience and I always leave feeling really positive.
