My therapist was incredibly friendly and helpful and supportive of my needs. She understood that my condition is a physical neurological illness so there’s a lot that can’t be done to help that. But secondary to M.E. comes mental wellbeing and she really helped. The 3 stars for not clear, was more on my part with being foggy. I wrote stuff down then could t remember the context.

Not much really, the option to attend at home was perfect for me with my condition. The only thing that NHS Berkshire could look at is more funding or places for people with chronic illnesses like M.E. to be referred to. At this moment, Talking Therapy seems to be the only option, so and the programme though good for mental well-being, and I do and did love that; it doesn’t tailor anything toward the condition I actually have.
