Team were all very attentive and helpful.
Mum was given excellent care, and transfer organised to JR.

When I arrive the ward was ready and the room was too. The staff started treatment straight away and was very efficient. A drink was offered and receptions.
I have no complaints and observed the dept. was run very nicely.
The areas area all well taken clean with lots of equipment.
Have been in many hospitals and wards.
This unit is excellent- work Stafford and very knowledgeable.
This unit services within well full marks to all.

Polite, kind staff and efficient.
Nothing really to improve - I suppose keeping the atmosphere calm and quiet around a sick, very elderly person is always important - as is being aware of how to ensure that a deaf person has understood any conversation.

Seen immediately, series of tests well organized. Staff very helpful and attentive.

Nothing was too much trouble staff was wonderful.
I do think they are overworked.

If this service was not available would have to go to Oxford hospitals for treatment. Fantastic.
