I found the unit to be fantastic and very professional area. It was calm, not cluttered, structured with movement of staff and their duties. The staff who were not engaging with patients were working independently on PCs -.

8.1.24. Paramedics Ben (Student Para) and Teressa came to my home treated me - took me to EMU they were fantastic, leaving kind, professional please pass with my thanks for there wonderful work. Jayne nurse the EMU was amazing, caring, kind, gentle. I thank them all from the bottom of my heart.

Nothing more needed in my care fantastic treatment.

Generally quite a relaxing time whilst not feeling at your best

The only thing is shortage of staff so sometimes having to wait ,that is general in a lot of industries
