I was very emotional when I arrived in the waiting room this morning and overwhelmed at the prospect of looking after 3 small children with my husband away from work. The staff were so helpful and kind and understanding and I was given a quiet space to pull myself together and sort out child care. Tap rate staff doing an amazing job. Very humble and grateful.
