Despite having a 2:00 pm appointment I had to wait about two hours but the staff kindly found me a bed to be down on which was more comfortable.

Geraldine spent a lot of time waste as explaining everything and was very patient. We come away from the meeting more positive, It was very useful and certainly made me feel better and I realize what a common problem this is.
