This is my 4th visit to WCH in just over 8 weeks, today was my 2nd time for myself, 2 other visits I accompanied my (my now late) husband. We could not fault our treatment/care here.

I was in with my two and a half year old boy who'd put a pea in his ear. Everyone was friendly and patient despite him running around like a crazy man. The nurses who saw him were gentle and encouraging and he even got given a biscuit. Fantastic service.

Pete who examined me was amazingly thorough explained everything to me in just the right amount of detail, was courteous, charming and supportive. A huge credit to the NHS. I could not possibly be more impressed.
