All staff were professional, friendly and reassuring. Treatment was provided in a timely way, I felt confident with the treatment received.

The nurses and Doctors were very friendly and professional. I did not her t visit and 2nd tests were alone very efficiently.

In addition to comments about therapy I’m very happy with everything. Particularly special for me was ability to see Podiatrist for great relief.

In addition to comments about muscle tone I have had an explanation in very pragmatic terms about checking out certain things like commode use but I’m concerned now about how fit/mobile I’ll be for discharge.

Rung the bell and people came staff were kind and supportive. Hot food needs to be a bit more of variety maybe information about what is in the food and if it’s spicy

All staff lovely especially male nurse who dealt with me.Neil I think his name was.

Did hear couple of people moaning cos people came in after them but were seen before them.Perhaps an information board stating this may happen /has happened or a tannoy announcement might be an idea.
