A more detailed idea of how long we were going to wait (it was much longer than the sign said and it is hard to manage the expectations of a child when in pain) and healthy snacks for the vending machine please.

The waiting time was absolutely correct the staff were friendly and the nurse practitioner was very thorough. All in all very good.

Full experience. Patient coordinators were very helpful. I was seen quickly and triaged by the duty clinician (I believe the gentleman's name was Paul) very helpful, very knowledgeable and professional.

Staff where amazing even when they had a tricky patient in the waiting room , and they where amazing with my son after he cut his head open
