Were very careful to contact a specialist to ascertain which drugs could be administered, given my current medical history. Organised being seen by a specialist department at JR Hospital for the next day. Overall, the staff were very good and kind and sorted out my medical problem.

Joanne and her student nurse were very respectful. Joanne explained everything she was writing down and everything she was about to do. Joanne was the first person that actually explained things to me.
