Excellent Doctor attended to my injury. Very thorough examination and clear guidance on treatments and what to do if my condition worsened.

3 hours sign not accurate in reception which creates anxiety.

Getting an initial appointment via 111 was difficult, eventually I went to see the pharmacist at my surgery who was able to speak straight to the duty doctor.
The 111 doctor did eventually call after about 6 hours bt which time is was already MIU.
